Please be aware that due to the nature of our business, all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify our sales department within 5 days from the date you receive your order.

Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the date the package was received (as long as the items are unused). If you are returning a package, please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FedEx). Please include your packing slip and reason for return.

Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Shipping

TraChic Bodywear™ orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Below are the shipping options available for your TraChic Bodywear™ package.

Standard Service

• Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.

Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to add sales tax to each order shipped within the state of Texas. If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S. or Canada, sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.
